Folk Creations, Inc. makes no representations or warranties of any kind express or implied, as to the operation of the site, the information, content, materials, products, or services included on this site. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Folk Creations, Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Folk Creations, Inc. will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental punitive and consequential damages.
2. PREMIUM SERVICES OFFERING
This Premium Services Offering (“PSO”) paragraph refers specifically to the material/content located in the “Extra Materials” page of the www.BouzoukiDVD.com website.
Folk Creations, Inc. reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Premium Services Offering (Paid Members subscription service) with or without notice. You agree that Folk Creations, Inc. shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Premium Services Offering. The Extra Materials page will be constantly under modification as new material will be added whenever Folk Creations, Inc deems appropriate.
3. “LEARNING BOUZOUKI DVD” SPECIFICS
There is no Money Back Guarantee offered for the “Learning Bouzouki” DVD series. All sales are final. Damaged discs will be replaced as per paragraph “REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED DISCS” of this document.
4. REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED DISCS
Folk Creations, Inc will replace any damaged DVD discs within 15 days
of the original purchase. Customers are required to report any
defective or broken discs to www.bouzoukiDVD.com/contact_us.php within this
15 day period. After notification, an RPC number (“Return
Product Confirmation”) will be emailed to the customer
confirming the request for replacement. The damaged discs need
to be returned to the Folk Creations, Inc corporate address referenced
in the “Contact Us” page. Upon reception of the
damaged/broken discs, Folk Creations, Inc. will mail out the
replacement DVD discs. Shipping costs for the return of damaged merchandise and the shipping of replacement DVD discs are the responsibility of Folk Creations, Inc. The shipping charges for returning the damaged discs to Folk Creations, Inc. will be reimbursed via PayPal.
5. LIMITED MONEY BACK GUARANTEE FOR “PSO”
Folk Creations, Inc. offers a 15 Day Money Back guarantee for the Premium Services Offering on the Extra Materials Page. This guarantee applies only to customers who purchase the Premium Services Offering on a stand alone basis. The 15-Day Money Back guarantee does not apply to customers who purchase the “Learning Bouzouki” DVD’s. The 15 days start immediately after the purchase order has been received by Folk Creations, Inc and ends on the 15th day by 12:00pm (Saturday’s and Sunday’s included).
The refund will be equal to the purchase price, less any charges for the PayPal processing fee required to reimburse the funds if applicable.
